As much as I love peanut butter, I rarely have any available when I want to whip up a batch of peanut butter cookies for a midday snack or a tasty peanut sauce to go with dinner, which is how this delicious almond butter sauce came to be. The sauce, perfect for coating rice or noodles or using as a dip for spring rolls, has quickly become one of my favorite homemade recipes, and it only takes five minutes to make!
Aside from a drizzle of tamari — or soy sauce, if you aren’t gluten-free — you only need a few spices to turn your favorite almond butter into a savory and tasty sauce to make dinner just a little bit more special. I, for one, will probably be enjoying it over a noodle-filled plate of chicken and veggies very soon. Keep reading to find out how to whip up a bowl of this creamy condiment for yourself.
